Dale Andrews BioDale Andrews jokingly says he pushes paint.  The palette knife painter has “pushed paint” since he was a child in West Texas.With a degree in Art, Dale enjoyed a long career directing Army Arts and Crafts Programs throughout the states, Germany and Panama. Later, he entered the Army Medical Command as consultant to the Surgeon General.Upon retiring, he married his high school sweetheart, Roberta, and began a new career as a High School art teacher. They have relocated to the South Texas area where he has resumed his interest in oil painting and dry point etching,  In 2013, he organized the area Student Art Show which is held every year in co-ordination with the annual Friendship Art Show and Sale.
